Hey ho!!! Well tis almost the end of 2021. What……………….another year……………sheesh. The world, all peoples, have had a real trial over the past two years with the Pandemic. And it has taken it’s toll on friendships, get togethers, concerts and gatherings. Somehow many people have been resilient and resourceful.
I would like to wish everyone I know and that graces my life, a very Warm, Mirth filled, Holiday Season, Safe Travels, and Health in the New Year.
In late September, I had the great good fortune of a day of recording and company with Jeff Kynoch. We recorded some of my new music in one of two historic churches in Dorothy, Alberta. It was a remarkable day, and I felt so blessed to be working with Jeff again. The weather on the day was remarkable, lunch was had on the tailgate of my car, and the Honda generator gave us steady power through the day.
The acoustics were awesome, so awesome you could hear the flies buzzing around the church windows…………….so a few swatting breaks were required. The start of a project that isn’t finished yet.
